Shipping Policy
Chef Dee's Smoked Tuna is shipped frozen. If the product does not arrive frozen, please make sure the product is still very cold, and refrigerate and use within 3 days, or freeze for later use.
If the product arrives and it is NOT cold, please contact us immediately to receive instructions on receiving a replacement order.
Ground Shipping
All orders received Monday through Wednesday by 12:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day
for delivery.
All orders received on Monday or Tuesday after 12:00 p.m. EST will be sent out the next day
All orders received on Wednesday after 12:00 p.m. EST till Sunday will be sent out on Monday for delivery.
2nd Day Air Express Shipping
All orders received on Thursday 12:00 p.m. EST through Sunday will be shipped on Monday for Wednesday delivery.
Next Day air Express Shipping Policy:
All orders taken on Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST through Sunday will be sent out on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
